After our team understands your goals and prefered timeline, we will discuss the seasonality of the Toronto real estate market with you to ensure that your timing aligns with the best times of year to buy your next property. If it doesn't, and you have flexibility, we will guide you to buy at a time that is more preferable to achieve your goals.  If your timing is set in stone, we will work diligently to get you the best property at the best price at that time.

Should you require financing for your property purchase, we will introduce you to mortgage brokers and specialists who will ensure you are getting the right mortgage for your situation at competitive rates.

Step 4: Searching for homes both On & Off MLS

Because we are boots on the ground, we can ensure your time is used efficiently by previewing properties prior to taking you for a viewing.  This way, we can identify any issues that may not be noticeable in an online listing and only take you to properties that suite your needs.  We also have access to a large pool of propeties not listed on MLS and will notify you of any "off market" properties that might suit you.
