Ian joined the Graces in 2018 after making the transition from a successful career in project management, working closely with several of Ontario’s primary utility providers. His organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as his ability to build strong client relationships have helped him successfully make the leap to real estate. While new to the industry, Ian is backed by a great team with diverse experience that he can draw upon at any time. Ian is eager to build relationships, find value, and assist clients in the biggest investments of their lives.

Ian grew up in East York, growing up near the Danforth. He believes Toronto is the best city in the world. Whether you’re looking for a great career in a premier industry or an ideal neighbourhood to start a family, Ian believes there is no better place in the world to live. When he isn’t working, Ian loves to spend time with his wife and newborn daughter. If spare time presents itself, you can find him mountain biking on the trails of the Don Valley or heading north to his family’s cottage near Algonquin Park.
