Geoffrey was born and raised in Toronto. After attending the University of Western Ontario, he considered joining the Grace team immediately. Geoff and Gail, however, urged him to gain corporate experience with a well-known brand. Geoffrey subsequently pursued a career in marketing.
Knowing he wanted to learn from the best, Geoffrey set his sights on a position with BMW Canada – a brand that had recently been recognized as Marketer of the Year. By determining who his direct manager would be, he bypassed a long list of applicants that were under consideration for the job. Geoffrey set up a face-to-face interview with the key decision maker, a success that secured his position and taught him a lesson that he regularly brings to the table for his real estate clients: go straight to the individual that can say yes! After three years of improving and growing the programs to which he was assigned at BMW, Geoffrey had learned two important lessons that he felt would translate to a prosperous career in real estate: how to create value through premium marketing, and how to gain the financial buy-in of stakeholders.
By utilizing his marketing and negotiating skills, intimate knowledge of Toronto, and always putting his clients first, Geoffrey was able to find success early in his real estate sales career. He was quickly noticed by, and gained the respect of, other Toronto real estate agents. This positive working relationship with other top producers benefits his clients tremendously when negotiating their real estate purchases and sales.
In addition to coaching hundreds of clients through varying real estate transactions, Geoffrey has the first-hand experiences of being a first-time buyer, a seller, a move-up buyer and most recently, a real estate investor. His decade of experience servicing clients, combined with his own experiences buying and selling real estate prove a great asset to his clients.
An active member in the community, Geoffrey is a member of the Toronto Hunt Club and Mayfair Clubs.
