Chelsea joined The Grace Team in 2017, and shortly after received the Re/Max 100% Club Sale Achievement Award. She accredits much of her success to her lengthy history in real estate, as well as her unique client approach. Having been exposed to real estate from the age of six through her family’s business, Chelsea entered the industry with an unassumingly seasoned understanding of the Toronto real estate market, trends, and uniquely mature negotiating skills. In addition to the decades of exposure to the industry, Chelsea also brings a unique perspective to her client service. Having a background in Education fundamentally influences her approach in all faucet’s real estate. One of Chelsea’s passions is educating her clients throughout their experience – whether that be on the structure and finishes of a home, the buying and selling process, or how to get the best return on their investment. It’s about educating her clients throughout the entire process, providing insight, and making them feel empowered by making an educated decision. Whether it be helping a first-time-homebuyer navigate the market and process, or helping her return clients grow their wealth through real estate investments, Chelsea’s ultimate goal is to insure her clients make well informed and educated decisions.
Chelsea was raised in the Beach and knows the neighbourhood inside out. Knowing the history, community, streets, schools and amenities, provides her buyer clients with valuable insight, as well as helps to inform tailored marketing plans for her sellers. Her expertise is not limited to Toronto’s east end. Chelsea lived in the west end for many years, and enjoys spending her free time exploring Toronto’s diverse neighbourhoods and experiencing the unique culture, shops, cafes, and local spots within. Chelsea’s satisfied (and educated) clients stretch across all corners of the city from Scarborough to The Junction, Trinity-Bellwoods to North Toronto, Liberty Village to Little India, and of course, the Beach. Being a Toronto native and having decades of exposure to local real estate, Chelsea’s market knowledge is extremely valuable.
