Shelley & Christian bought their home brand new but after 13 years and a growing family, it was time to move on to a larger home.  After finding them their dream home, it was time to sell their house.

Removing the baby grand piano, painting a few walls, swapping a few light fixtures and outfitting the house with a new furniture package set the stage for a more neutral feeling which appeals to a broader audience of buyers. Beyond the staging, we advised and managed a few strategic updates including painting out the natural wood cabinets & tub surround in their ensuite as well as updating all the bathroom counters to stone and upgrading to undermount sinks.

The result… We sold their home with a quick closing and they are off enjoying their new space!
