These clients came to us in need of a larger home.  They had a beautiful 3 bedroom bungalow, but they were outgrowing it’s space.

As the home had been renovated top-to-bottom only a few years before, the strategic updating required was minimal – a fresh coat of paint and upgrading of a few light fixtures.  The focus here was to purge/declutter and stage with up-styled furniture & decor that showed buyers just how amazing the space this house offered was.

The result… In a slowing market, we sold their home for exactly what we told them we would and lined up closing perfectly with home they had purchased!
