When this family decided to make a move to British Columbia, they enlisted our assistance.  Less than 10 years ago, they commissioned a second floor addition to their bungalow – so the home was of modern construction, but it felt dark, some of the fixtures were feeling dated and their minimal take on furnishings wasn’t going to show their home in the best light.  We focused on a fresh coat of paint to brighten the home, an updated lighting package and a complete top-to-bottom staging of furniture, art & accessories.  The result: night & day and a fantastic sales price!
