We helped these clients purchase this home only a few years earlier, but with a growing family and a thirst for the outdoors, it was time for a move to Collingwood – and we were tasked with getting top dollar for their home.

Our clients had done an amazing job upgrading the home during their time with it, so there weren’t many strategic updates required. This was going to be a case of good old staging! So, we staged the home with a focus on using the space to it’s full potential, decluttering a busy household of 4 kids and upscaling the feel with modern furniture & decor.

The result… We sold their home for exactly what we told them we would and in 1/3 the time it took the previous sellers when our clients purchased it a few years earlier!
