  • I met Geoffrey by referral from my neighbour who had used him for the sale of their house. She had told me that his service ... was second to none and I couldn't agree more. This was the first house that I was selling and I really didn't know how it worked but Geoffrey answered every question that I had and I felt very at ease with him. I had met with him on a Friday, he had someone come over to take pictures of my house on the Monday and it was on the market the following day. The pictures were fantastic and we had a lot of traffic through the house that week. My timing couldn't have been worse (or so I thought) to sell my house as Geoffrey was about to be married that Friday - the day before my open house. However, he assured me that his father Geoff would be covering the open house and the sale on the following Tuesday when we were expecting offers. A beat wasn't skipped within the transition, Geoff was absolutely great. On the night of the sale, I also met Gail Grace who was also wonderful. With great success, my house was sold the evening that we were accepting offers. Geoffrey was back from his honeymoon a few days later and again the transition was perfect.   • I am not in the habit of making recommendations (this may be my first in writing!!) but I cannot recommend Geoffrey Grace of Remax in ... the Beaches enough. He is young but has grown up with his parents in the industry and really has a passion for it and providing excellent service to his customers. My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the service that he provided in both the sale of our last house and the purchase of our new one. As I mentioned – he got us over asking with just one bidder and the house that we bought met all of our requirements which was a tough assignment (pool, dead end street, not too big a home for the 3 of us, 3 car parking including a garage). I am in touch with Geoff regularly and know that the service we obtained was not unique. He had another client looking for a house with a pool in the beach and using Google maps, determined which houses in the beach had pools, and then sent a letter to each one (around 100) asking if they were interested in selling. I think it resulted in about 4 or 5 leads. I’m not sure how many agents would undertake that project! Geoff works with a good team including a home stager and a photographer that really made our house present well. He uses traditional marketing (Beach Metro, flyers etc) plus Facebook, Twitter and the Internet to reach the maximum number of prospective buyers. My brother in law worked with Geoff on our recommendation to purchase his house in the Beach and sell his house on the Danforth and was also pleased with the service he received. Obviously I have no personal interest in which agent you choose to work with but I think that Geoff provided excellent service and that those kinds of efforts, especially from a young person who, in my opinion is performing beyond his years, warrant my endorsement. Meet Geoffrey Grace Geoffrey is social!

Geoffrey was born and raised in Toronto. After attending the University of Western Ontario, he considered joining the Grace team immediately. Geoff and Gail, however, urged him to gain corporate experience with a well-known brand. Geoffrey subsequently pursued a career in marketing.

Knowing he wanted to learn from the best, Geoffrey set his sights on a position with BMW Canada – a brand that had recently been recognized as Marketer of the Year.  By determining who his direct manager would be, he bypassed a long list of applicants that were under consideration for the job. Geoffrey set up a face-to-face interview with the key decision maker, a success that secured his position and taught him a lesson that he regularly brings to the table for his real estate clients: go straight to the individual that can say yes!  After three years of improving and growing the programs to which he was assigned at BMW, Geoffrey had learned two important lessons that he felt would translate to a prosperous career in real estate: how to create value through premium marketing, and how to gain the financial buy-in of stakeholders.

By utilizing his marketing and negotiating skills, intimate knowledge of Toronto, and always putting his clients first, Geoffrey was able to find success early in his real estate sales career.  He was quickly noticed by, and gained the respect of, other Toronto real estate agents.  This positive working relationship with other top producers benefits his clients tremendously when negotiating their real estate purchases and sales.

In addition to coaching hundreds of clients through varying real estate transactions, Geoffrey has the first-hand experiences of being a first-time buyer, a seller, a move-up buyer and most recently, a real estate investor.  His decade of experience servicing clients, combined with his own experiences buying and selling real estate prove a great asset to his clients.
